We can share discussions and practice exercises that encompass various aspects of life, from addressing mental health concerns to enhancing your overall well-being, regardless of your current functioning level.

Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1-hour in length depending on your schedule, needs and goals.

Life coaching and therapy share some similarities, but they serve distinct purposes. While both aim to enhance your mental well-being, life coaching does not offer evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health solutions.
Life coaching centres on your future self and puts you in the driver's seat. In essence, you are the authority of your life, assuming full responsibility for your personal growth. A life coach's role is to assist you in setting and achieving your desired goals and outcomes, encompassing tasks like connecting you with resources, crafting plans, and engaging in conversations on topics that matter to you.

The sessions take place online. I primarily use Skype, MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and WhatsApp.
I'm open to other platforms based on your preference.
Between sessions, we communicate via email.
Face-to-face sessions are possible if you happen to live in my local area. -
Currently, I provide online sessions to individuals worldwide. If you happen to live in my local area, face-to-face sessions are also an option.

Our first meeting is a free 1-hour consultation (book here). Afterwards, you may select a discounted package:
6 hours: $235
9 hours: $355
12 hours: $475
Alternatively, you can opt for pay-as-you-go sessions at $40 CAD per hour.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to divide a 1-hour session for English or life coaching into two 30-minute sessions. For example, a 6-hour package is 6 x 1-hour sessions or 12 x 30-minute sessions.
If you're uncertain about which package suits you best, we can discuss it during the consultation.

You can make payments through PayPal, Wise, direct deposit or e-transfer. You have the option to pay per session or purchase a package. Payments are due before the first scheduled session.

I wish I could give a number. The number of sessions varies from person to person, depending on your unique situation, schedule and goals. It could be a short-term plan, or a long-term commitment. Either way, my objective is to equip you with the necessary tools, exercises, and practices at a pace that aligns with your needs.

These services are separate, although there may be instances where I incorporate coaching elements within English lessons.

During or after your complimentary 1-hour consultation (book here), we can move forward with scheduling our first session.
Together, we will review our schedules to confirm our availability to select the most suitable date(s) and time(s) for our sessions. -
This meeting offers us a chance to get to know each other and assess whether we are a good fit. We are exchanging questions, addressing concerns, setting expectations, discussing needs and goals.
During this meeting, I'll also outline my teaching and coaching approaches, explain our working dynamics, cover logistical details, and explore any relevant topics.
Ultimately, this meeting helps you determine if you feel safe, comfortable, and willing to embark on your English learning or life coaching journey with me.
